Down But Not Out

Just a short note to let everyone know that I'm a bit under the weather.
I'm seeing the doctor and taking the tests to determine if I have pneumonia. I don't think I do, but I'll let the doctors do their job.
I'm staying down, as I've been instructed and am reading a new book called Eden's Outcasts: The Story of Louisa May Alcott and Her Father by John Matteson. A really good book, when I'm able to concentrate.
Back to posting soon!

Take good care of yourself, fM, to get well soon! We'll miss your posts, meantime, but we want you feeling your best, first!
Get well soon --- we need good vibrations/citations!

Get well soon, fM!
We'll miss you, but we all need some "down time" once in awhile. That sounds like a great book. The Alcott family has been a favorite of mine since I first read Little Women! I remember choosing a biography of Louisa that told about her family back in elementary or middle school when we were required to read a biography.
Get well soon fM! I'll keep you in my prayers.
How addicted we all have become to your blog posts! Take good care of yourself, Maven, because later on we're going to need more "fixes" later on. In the meantime, we will work on the art of patience. (Don't forget that apple a day.)
I hope you feel better soon. Take care and enjoy your weekend.
I hope it's not pneumonia and that you're feeling better soon!
You've been tagged on the page 161 meme: http://familyhistorian.blogspot.com/2007/11/page-161-meme.html
Thanks for the note, fM--we were missin' ya! Get well soon!
I believe I must be losing my mind! I could have sworn I left a "get well soon" comment but I guess I didn't. I really did mean to, fM!!!
Please do get well soon, and stay in bed!
Thank you everyone for the "Get Well Wishes." Chills and fever this morning. Hot tea and good book are my medicine.
I'm trying to behave myself and stay down, but the computer keeps calling my name.
I didn't know you could set a Mac to do that, but those Macs can do anything.

Just stopping by to check on you. Genea-blogland is simply too quiet without you.
